You have exceptional interpersonal skills and the sales management acumen to oversee the Donor Recruitment Department that manages blood drives and a call center which builds relationships with area blood donors, businesses, schools and communities. A proven track record in leadership, outside sales, sales management and customer service is a must. Call center experience desirable.
